1.Why the deadline for Luang Prabang Reunion extended to July 31, 2009?

As a group, we decided to extend the party reservation deadline to July 31, 2009(Friday). Due to the positive feed back and inclining numbers of attendees, it is more than we anticipated. For that reason, Luang Prabang organizing committee has decided to obtain a larger ballroom for LPB reunion party with the same hotel; therefore, The Eastside Cannery Hotel has the larger ballroom available. The ballroom capacity is 300 people and the original ballroom capacity was 200 people. As we continue to receive the party reservations, we will monitor the number of attendees to fulfill the ballroom capacity, which it's 300 people. Once we met the capacity, we will announce the final reservation.

As of today, I believed our total of reservation (paid) is 144 people. I have confidence that we will have many more to come. Euey Vanh(Bouavanh Banchongchith) and I continued receiving emails and phone calls every week. The feedback is outstanding and we had made new friends everyday through their emails and phone calls. Most of them had heard through words of mouth from their friends and they are REALLY excited about LPB reunion party and look forward to meet all of our old and new friends.
